Our breathing is a direct bridge between the outside world and our inner world. It is an innate and always-available tool for:

  • Returning to the present moment: By focusing our attention on inhalation and exhalation, we let go of worries.

  • Reducing the stress response: Deep diaphragmatic breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, inducing calm.

  • Oxygenating the body and mind: It improves mental clarity and vitality.

Practicing conscious breathing, whether through specific exercises or simply paying attention to each breath, is a fundamental act of self-care.
